- Government Decision 707/2006 concerning the Regulation of Application of the Customs Code which replaces the Government Decision 1114/2004;

- Order 6312/June 12^th 2006 of the ANAF vice-president concerning the technical regulations of completion, usage and printing of the sketchy declaration, of the customs declaration in detail and of the control copies T5R, which replaces the Decision 175/2003, published in the Official Monitory 1^st Part, no. 111 and no. 111 bis from February 21^st 2003.
